The agreement
By subscribing you agree to these terms. If you don't accept them, don't subscribe, and if you've already paid, ask for it back under the refund policy.
What we provide
Access to the VPN service on the plan you bought, for the term you bought, on up to the number of devices that plan allows.
What we don't promise
We do not promise uninterrupted service, a specific speed, or that any particular website or service will work through us. Networks break, and access to individual services changes for reasons outside our control.
What you agree not to do
No attacking other systems, no sending unsolicited bulk mail, no distributing material that is illegal where you are, no reselling your account. Accounts used for those are closed without a refund.
Account sharing
Your plan covers a number of simultaneous connections. Household and family use is fine. Selling access to strangers is not, and the connection metadata described in the logging policy is what lets us tell the difference.
Payment and renewal
Plans renew automatically at the end of the term unless you cancel first. You'll be told before a renewal charge, not after.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from the account site. We can close an account for a breach of these terms, and will say which one.
Liability
Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
Material changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
