Refunds
Read this before you buy, not after. It is short on purpose.

The window
Ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You don't have to explain why, and we won't make you sit through a retention offer.
How to ask
One request from the account site. Not a phone call, not a chat queue, not a form that loses what you typed.
How long it takes
We approve within two working days. Your bank then takes as long as it takes — usually five to ten days, and out of our hands.
Renewals
The 30-day window applies to your first payment. For renewals, cancel before the term ends. We warn you before we charge, so a surprise renewal is our mistake and we refund those in full.
Where it doesn't apply
Accounts closed for breaching the terms of service, and requests made after the window has passed. That's the whole list.
